Ok everybody now knows from the title what I'm talking about, obviously you didn't think we wouldn't review this movie. We had to but yes it's none other than the infamous The Dark Knight movie. Sorry to say this but the Joker took the spotlight and the cake in this sequel to Batman Begins. Was that all apart of the plan? Yes it was, i remember when everyone was skeptical about Heath Ledger playing the role of The Joker, and it's seem like all the skepticism has vanished and been replaced with awe of how could someone ( never mind Heath Ledger) but anyone play the role of The Joker that well. It's a shame that he had to die at the peak of his career but at least we can embrace his talent in this movie and use it to celebrate his greatness. Off the topic of Ledger death, Christopher Nolan has yet brought us another wonderful film but this one surpasses its predecessor by miles! Nolan when directing the first move "Batman Begins" said that he wanted a more serious and darker edge in this Batman series other than the usually comic book feel to it, he wanted to portrait a more realistic tone. He did that with the first one and has done it with this new installment as well, while also making one of the best movies ever made! The Joker did take the spot light and made this movie what it was but let's not forget the great actors in this cast who also made it possible to make this movie achieve great heights. Such as Christian Bale as Batman, Gary Old Man as Comissioner Gordon, and Aaron Eckheart as Harvey Dent, they each had a mission to play their parts as their character and executed it perfectly.
Now for the movie side, each scene in this movie is worth watching, not one boring scene, its action after action after action, but they manage to fit a growing and developing story in the mix in which the characters grow and develope. In IMAX this movie is just brilliantly beautiful. The explosion make your ears bleed, your eyes blind, and your body shake. With each punch or explosion your chair shakes so you can feel it. The visuals on the IMAX are crazy since they shot it using an IMAX lense camera in the opening scene where theirs a bank heist and you see the jokers minions grappling from one roof to the other you feel like your their and could just fall at any moment! The sound quality is well tuned you can hear every breath and get scared from each explosion. If your to watch this movie for the first time, IMAX is they way to go, trust me it's worth it. This movie leaves you captivated and mesmerized, and just thinking about it makes you want to watch it all over again.I know because I've seen this movie two times already and want to go for my third! All I can say is that The Dark Knight is The Return of The Jedi of the new millenium! Now we can't wait for what Nolan is going to deliver in his next installment for this franchise.

my opinion is leave this series at 2 movies...but thats just me..good wrk
More like the Empire Strikes Back of the new millenium...
Empire was the darkest of the trilogy. I dont want kid-friendly teddy bears in my Batman. :p
Next Batman will be a resolution. hopefully they keep the same idea and not fuck it up like matrix revolutions.
Amazing movie!!!!!!!
